The Rasurra website is provided for customer browsing, purchasing, and customer-support inquiries. Rasurra designs and produces apparel directly for consumers, including jackets, T-shirts, pants, and shorts.

All product descriptions, pricing, graphics, and availability details are provided to assist purchasing decisions and are updated as inventory or specifications change.

2. Pricing, Shipping & Availability

Flat Shipping Rate

Standard shipping within the United States is billed at a flat rate of $6.99 per order at checkout.

Delivery Timeline

1 business day handling + 2–6 business days transit (Total estimated delivery: 3–7 business days).

Order Cutoff Time

Orders placed by 5:00 PM EST, Monday – Friday enter same-day processing for scheduled handling.

3. Payment Processing & Authorization

Full payment authorization is required before an order enters fulfillment. Rasurra accepts the following secure payment options:

Payment methods may vary based on user location and device. Orders that fail authorization or fraud verification will be held or canceled.

4. Returns, Refunds & Restocking

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Returns and refunds are managed under clear customer protection terms:

30-Day Window: Returns must be requested and shipped within 30 days of delivery.
Condition Rules: Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in original packaging with tags intact.
Prepaid Return Shipping: Rasurra covers return postage fees for eligible return requests.
No Restocking Fee: We do not charge restocking fees on returned items.
Refund Processing: Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 10 business days of item inspection.

5. Order Cancellations & Address Modifications

You may request order changes or cancellations before fulfillment processing begins. Please notify customer support immediately with your order number.

Post-Dispatch Notice: Once an order enters processing or has shipped, cancellations or address adjustments cannot be performed. Shipped items must be received and processed through our standard 30-day return procedure.

6. Intellectual Property & User Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information during checkout. Delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect address entries may require additional shipping arrangements.
