Cancel / Change Order Policy

At Rasurra, we understand that customers may need to update or cancel an order after placing it. This policy outlines the conditions, timelines, and procedures for requesting order changes or cancellations. Our goal is to maintain a fast and efficient fulfillment process while providing reasonable flexibility where possible.
Due to our streamlined operations, orders are processed quickly. Therefore, any request to modify or cancel an order must be submitted as soon as possible after purchase.
1. Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order enters the fulfillment stage, cancellation is no longer possible.
Because we process orders within 1 business day, the time window for cancellation is limited. Customers are strongly advised to review all order details carefully before completing checkout.
1.1 Eligible Cancellation Conditions
- The order has not entered processing
- The order has not been packed or shipped
- The request is submitted shortly after order placement
1.2 Non-Eligible Cancellation Conditions
- The order has already been processed
- The order has been shipped or is in transit
- A tracking number has been issued

2. Order Changes
We allow certain modifications to orders before they are processed. However, all changes are subject to system status and product availability.

- Correcting contact details (email or phone number)
- Adjusting product size, color, or variant (if available)
2.2 Change Limitations
- Changes cannot be made after processing begins
- Product changes depend on stock availability
- Multiple change requests may delay order processing
We reserve the right to decline modification requests that cannot be accommodated within our fulfillment timeline.
3. Request Process
To cancel or modify your order, please follow the steps below:

- Provide your order number and clearly state your request
- Wait for confirmation from our support team before taking further action
Requests are handled in the order they are received. We aim to respond promptly, but response times may vary during peak periods.
4. Processing Time Impact
Submitting a cancellation or modification request may temporarily pause your order for review. This can result in:
- An extension of processing time by 1–2 business days
- Delays in shipment if additional verification is required
We prioritize accuracy and customer satisfaction while maintaining operational efficiency.
5. Refunds for Canceled Orders
If a cancellation request is approved before shipment, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Refunds are processed within 8 business days and are issued without any additional fees.

6. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during checkout is accurate. This includes:
- Shipping address
- Contact details
- Product selection
If incorrect information is submitted, we will attempt to assist only if the order has not yet been processed. Once shipped, changes are no longer possible.
7. Orders Already Shipped
Once an order has been shipped and a tracking number has been issued, it cannot be canceled or modified.
In such cases, customers must wait for delivery and initiate a return request if necessary.

8. Exceptional Cases
In rare situations, we may consider special requests depending on operational feasibility. However, approval is not guaranteed and is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
